Why I set up this site

This past year truly has been a spiritual awakening, I felt the need to connect with others who'd understand and to be able to talk about my experiences and I thought if I feel this way, others must do too, so I set up this site.

I believe it was a calling, a way that I could help other people.

What is a spiritual awakening?

Spiritual awakening refers to a shift in consciousness, an apperception of reality which had been previously unrealized. The culmination of such realizations is in the recognition of oneness with all of existence.

I was mainly finding information and connection via social media, but then my Facebook was blocked, I sent ID to unblock it and it did for a moment, then blocked again. I was told this was done for me, see the positives. Not at first it I didn't, I felt panicked, worried about how I'd keep in touch, but over the past weeks I've realised it was a blessing, I was on there way too often, when I should have been in the now moment enjoying my families company, being present, looking internally for my guidance not to the external.

My goal for this site

Create a community to share and support one another.

It's my goal to build a community online for those starting out on a spiritual journey. When I set out on my journey, I felt so very alone. I'd like to help others so they don't feel this way.
